1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bdji and any user of this platform ("Member"). By accessing the bdji website, registering an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

bdji operates a secure, SSL-encrypted online gaming environment for Bangladeshi players. The platform runs entirely in Bengali and supports familiar payment methods available in Bangladesh.

2 Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The bdji website (bdji.lat) and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any person who registers an account on bdji.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Member's account (including both real deposits and bonuses).
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or benefits granted by bdji.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a Member's identity.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Membership Conditions

To open an account on bdji, a Member must meet the following conditions:

• The Member must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided in the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• The Member must respond to any identity verification request from bdji at any time.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, bdji reserves the right to suspend any or all such accounts and cancel any associated bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

The Member is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times. In the event of unauthorised use of the account, the Member must notify bdji support immediately. bdji will not be liable for third-party access to an account.

4 Age Verification & Eligibility

bdji is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering an account on the platform, the Member confirms that they are 21 years of age or older.

For identity verification, bdji may request a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on bdji:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks)

The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳200. Once a deposit is completed, the account balance is updated immediately.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if KYC verification is pending or if unusual transaction activity is suspected.

5.3 Transaction Verification

bdji monitors all financial transactions. If a transaction appears suspicious, bdji reserves the right to hold it, request additional information, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

bdji offers new Members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount). This means a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawal. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Eligibility to claim a bonus is subject to conditions set by bdji.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless bdji explicitly permits it.
• If a bonus code is required before a deposit, the bonus will not apply if the code is not used.
• bdji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is identified, bdji may cancel all bonuses and any associated winnings.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on bdji comply with fair play principles. Through the use of Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, the outcome of every game is completely impartial and unpredictable.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs during a game session, bdji reserves the right to void that round. Any winnings displayed as a result of faulty software will not be considered valid.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

• Intentionally exploiting software errors or bugs.
• Attempting to hack any game or use fraudulent software.
• Gaining unauthorised access to another Member's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or applying "bonus hunting" strategies.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage.

7.4 Sports Betting

bdji offers betting on various sports events. Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. However, if there is any suspicion of illegal influence over the outcome of a match, bdji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets.

8 Responsible Gaming

bdji believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage Members to play responsibly.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bdji

bdji may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspected breach of anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any Member may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting support. It is the Member's own responsibility to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.

10 Privacy & Data

bdji is committed to protecting Members' personal information. All data is secured through SSL encryption. bdji never sells Members' personal information to third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdji provides its services on an "as is" basis. bdji accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Gameplay interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Service temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical faults.
• Losses resulting from the Member's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.

12 Changes to Terms

bdji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

By continuing to use the platform after any changes, the Member is considered to have accepted the updated Terms. Members are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
